Cancellations and Returns
As you are quoted on the check out page when ordering, All returns and order cancelations are subject to a restocking or cancelation fee if not canceled within 24 hours of payment, as we start your orders immediately. The fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned items or canceled items and will vary from 15-25% depending on how far along your order is in the process and fabrication. Installed, used or modified items will not be allowed for a return, unless previously discussed and will be issued a flat rate 25% restock fee, plus the cost of sand blasting and re coating any arm that requires it if installed and not in re-sellable condition. Sandblasting costs are 75$ per PAIR or arms. Re-coating fee is whatever you paid at time of ordering. Damaged or missing items, will be deducted from your refund price. If your product is altered in any way the re-stock fee starts at 50% depending on condition upon arrival. All welds done at Michigan Metal Works have a LIFETIME warranty. It is the customers responsibility to make sure of proper installation of all products, and proper fitment of all products prior to assembly, this means properly installed shocks, and a properly done alignment is a must. Feel free to contact us with any warranty issues, or general problems, please be prepared to provide full photos of your suspension. All parts are designed for show / offroad use only.
To start an order cancelation or return, email info@michiganmetalworks.com , in the subject line of the email please include your FULL NAME AND ORDER NUMBER, and indicate you have read the terms and conditions of the return / cancelation process and would like to procede. Returns must be cleared by someone at MMW prior to starting process. You must request a RMA number to procede. All items returned must be received in the same condition as they were delivered, there are no exceptions. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive these items complete, we WILL NOT issue any refund for partial product returns. We highly suggest you follow the packaging guidelines of your shipping carrier of choice, when shipping. Any damage, lost or missing parts will be the responsibility of the sender to resolve before any return is accepted, I wills say again, we WILL NOT issue any refund for partial product returns or damaged product returns, this is your sole responsibility.
If you purchased several items as a package and received a discounted price for the group of products as a package, you are required to return the ENTIRE PACKAGE for a full refund. If you are only returning portions of it, you will not receive full refund value, it will be of the discounted price for the package deal. Refunds are credited via original payment method within 7-10 days of delivery. Powder coat is NON refundable, as it is a service we pay for, and cannot be "returned".
There are NO returns or refunds available after 30 days of having the product. All returns MUST BE RECIEVED within 10 days of issuing the RA Number, after 10 days the RA Number is no longer valid. To obtain an RA number for product retrurn, send an email to info@michiganmetalworks.com , in the subject line put your full name and order number. Make sure the email body also includes the following info, or it will not be replied to. FULL NAME, FULL ADDRESS, ORDER NUMBER / INVOICE NUMBER. Specify if this order is a return or order cancelation as well. Once we receive the email, we will review the order and procede with the RA number if applicable. Once return is received, we will inspect it within 5 business days, and start the refund process. Your refund will appear in your account within 7-10 business days after your order status changes from "complete" to "refunded" on your log in page. Please keep in mind, this is only an ESTIMATE, there are many banks that take longer, and many that take less, Some banks even need 30 days for the refund credit to appear in your account, and this is not un common at all. The purchaser is required to pay for return shipping to us, in whatever method they choose. It is highly recommended to follow ALL guidelines from your shipping company and insure the package properly to make sure it arrives safely and complete, so we can expedite your refund. Once your product arrives safely and complete, a shipping credit can be issued.
All international orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless arranged by buyer. We will NOT falsify customs documents to show lesser value for customs or duties, sorry. Customs and Duties fees are responsibility of the purchaser at all times.
