2011 : Highlights

2011 Is getting the hell out of here, and 2012 is on its way in. We have had an unreal amount of fun in this year of 2011, we built a lot of great parts, for customers we truly appreciate and made a lot of friends along the way. Some of the stuff we were able to went past what we thought we were capable of, and that’s what this is all about. We cannot wait to see what 2012 holds for Michigan Metal Works.

Kevins Supercharged 05 Hemi Ram

Got a new project in and out of the shop over the past few months. This is Kevins supercharged 2005 Dodge Ram Hemi. This truck was a blast to work on, and even more fun to spend a few days driving with as well. We recieved the truck stock, with a ProCharger super charger kit. We went ahead and bagged it around some 22″ Bonspeed Wheels, and did some creative supercharger tubing work under the hood. Look for more pics of the install in the photo gallery.

SEMA 2011

The SEMA show for 2011 is here, and I suppose the next best thing to actually having a vehicle of my own in the 2011 SEMA show is definitely seeing all the other peoples vehicles we have worked with this year, proudly displaying their trucks at SEMA this year, running Michigan Metal Works parts. I thank all of them for allowing us to be a part of their builds. I will post some pics throughout the day as they start to roll in, there are a handfull I can think of off, but im sure im missing some. Not too bad for a couple people nobody has ever heard of, in the middle of Michigan, just doing some work.

Milled Jeebus Joint Caps

It has been a long time in the making, and Im extremely happy to be able to finally show these newly designed Jeebus Joint caps off! They bring a completely new meaning to a clean, custom control arm. Now, every Jeebus Joint control arm has the option to have a fully CNC machined billet cap. The cap can be milled from raw aluminum, or be powder coated then milled to show a very slick positive/negative effect. There is no extra charge to have a custom design milled either, so now you can personalize your arms to your truck! I will let the pics speak for themselves. Seriously, Who else does this? –MMW–

New Shirt Design Being Printed Updated

The new shirt design is finalized and ready to print. Big thanks to Brandt at Graphic Disorder for hooking it up. I will post some of the samples up, and as soon as they come in i will post them in the Store. The prices will be 15$ for sizes M-XL and 17$ for sizes XXL. Shipping will be cheap as well! FINALLY, after a few years of going back and forth on a website the www.MichiganMetalWorks.com website is nearing completion. I will be updating the site with products and new info daily, so check back often and let me know what you think. To any past customers, if you have some MMW parts on your truck or car, shoot me some pics of them and I will get them posted on the site!
